Several Members of Quietman gym in Medford, MA have decided to take action and give back to the community, through Team Blood. Their tagline is, actions speak louder than words, and Team Blood speaks pretty loud. So far, about 15 people have joined up, and they will be running in some 5Ks, dedicating some bouts and donating their time and energy to such causes as the Sandy Hook families and the Malden, MA school system.
You can find their site here. They have a Paypal link where you can send donations, and on their events page, you can find out other ways to participate. Get together with some great fighters and awesome people, and lend a hand.
